The roses were beautiful! Initially, I ordered a bouquet of roses on Valentine's Day for my wife. The roses came on time but when I unwrapped them I discovered that two of the heads were lopped off, and the stem on a third was broken. All the water had been displaced, too, and was sitting at the bottom of the bag. Obviously, the roses had been damaged en route. I called Mayfield and explained to the lady what had happened. She apologized and said she would make up a new bouquet right away. Needless to say, I received a new bouquet of roses shortly afterwards. This had never happened to me before, but accidents happen, and when they do it's nice to know that the florist you're dealing with cares about its customers and takes pride in their floral arrangements. I've always had good experiences with Mayfield Flowers and this was certainly no exception. The lady there is always very helpful and conscientious. I highly recommend them!
